After reading some comments and seeing some people play, I've realized i made the game a little too tight mechanically and timerwise, but id still like everyone to be able to experience the game so I have a walkthrough and some tips. I hope it can help.
Walkthrough:

Tips:
- Whether or not you have a dash is indicated by the outline of the character
- Dash jumping keeps the dash, you can also do a dash walljump. It works because you get the dash back if you’re on the ground, so if you try to dash jump at the edge of a platform and do a coyote jump you wont get the dash back
- The saws bounce depends on the direction you dashed, not where you hit the saw
- I messed up the spike hitboxes, so on level 8 (the dropper one) you can get your dash back by standing on the edge of the spikes, if it makes it easier
- If you have one, I'd recommend using a controller, it seems the keyboard controls don't feel as good for most people

You survive off adrenaline, if you go even 5 seconds without it you die. Get your fix by bouncing around and dashing through enemies.

WASD/Joystick - Movement
Spacebar/A - Jump
Shift/X - Dash
R/Select - Killbind

This is my second game jam, it surprising both how much and how little you can get done in 4 days. Also I didn't end up getting anyone to playtest this one, so it might be pretty unintuitive, good luck.

If it's something you want to go for, consider these the "author times", although they aren't very optimized

Super cool game! It was really hard and I got stuck on a level, but that's what i love about precision platformers!
